ELABORATION
Made with black Listan grapes from the Güímar Valley region. This variety, after a short cold maceration period, gives us a very elegant and attractive wine.
TASTING
Very attractive and exotic color, on the nose very fruity and at the same time very elegant with a high intensity, which reminds us of strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth balanced between sugar and acidity with a characteristic flavor of listán negro.
Service temperature at 10ºC.

ELABORACIÓN
Elaborado con uva listan negro de la comarca del Valle de Güímar.
Esta variedad, después de un corto periodo de maceración en frío, nos da un vino muy elegante y atractivo, cumpliendo con las nuevas tendencias.
CATA
De color muy atractivo y exótico, en nariz muy frutal y a su vez muy elegante con una intensidad alta, la cual nos recuerda a fresa y frambuesa. En boca equilibrado entre el azúcar y la acidez con un sabor característico de la listan negro.
Temperatura de servicio a 10ºC.
